Plant Material Warranty:
All materials and workmanship are guaranteed 12 months from installation, excluding sod, annuals and groundcover. (If new installation is required charges will apply.)
Hardscape Warranty:
All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation.
Water Feature Warranty:
All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation, contingent upon proper system winterization, start up and maintenance.
Landscape Lighting Warranty:
All materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, and workmanship is guaranteed 12 months from installation.
Subcontract Warranty:
All materials and labor are guaranteed by the subcontractor under the specific subcontractor's warranty for the service provided.
